If you're not sure whether your roof needs work, we'll come out and tell you — for free. Iron Shore provides complimentary roof inspections for homeowners in Suffolk County. We get up on the roof, inspect every component, and give you an honest written report of what we find. No sales pitch, no pressure, no obligation.

During a free inspection, we check your shingles for curling, cracking, and granule loss. We examine all flashing points — chimneys, walls, vents, and valleys — for deterioration or separation. We inspect pipe boots, ridge caps, and ventilation components. We look at your gutters and fascia for signs of water damage. And we check your attic space (when accessible) for moisture, mold, and ventilation issues.

After the inspection, you get a clear written report with photos that explains exactly what condition your roof is in, what (if anything) needs attention now, and what you should plan for down the road. If your roof is in good shape, we'll tell you. If it needs a repair, we'll quote just the repair. And if it's time for a replacement, we'll give you a detailed estimate with material options and a timeline.
