Referral Program Terms & Conditions
1. Payout condition — please read carefully
The $200 referral bonus is earned only after all of the following occur: (a) the person you referred signs a contract with Iron Shore Roofing LLC for a full roof replacement (full re-roof), (b) that project is fully completed, and (c) Iron Shore Roofing LLC has received payment in full for the completed project. Roof repairs, maintenance, inspections, and any other roofing service that is not a full roof replacement do not qualify for the referral bonus, even if completed and paid in full. No bonus is earned for estimates, consultations, quotes, or contracts that are cancelled, unpaid, or left incomplete.
2. The homeowner must use your referral link
To qualify, the homeowner you referred must submit their information through the unique referral link generated for you. If they instead contact Iron Shore Roofing LLC through the general website contact form, by calling in directly, or by any other means that doesn't use your referral link, that contact may not be tracked back to you and will not qualify for the $200 bonus.
3. Timing
Once all conditions above are met, your bonus will be paid within 14 business days.
4. One bonus per closed referral
Limit one $200 bonus per closed, paid-in-full job. Self-referrals (referring your own household or property) are not eligible.
5. First valid referral & existing customers
If the same homeowner is referred by more than one person, only the first valid referral properly submitted through the referral system (via a unique referral link, as described above) is eligible for the bonus. Homeowners who were already an Iron Shore Roofing LLC lead or customer before the referral was submitted do not qualify as a new referral.
6. Not an employee, agent, or partner
Referrers are not employees, contractors, agents, or partners of Iron Shore Roofing LLC, and nothing in this program creates an employment, independent contractor, agency, partnership, or similar relationship. Referrers may not make promises, quote pricing, or bind the company to any agreement on its behalf.
7. Accuracy, fraud & eligibility
You're responsible for providing accurate, current contact information for yourself and the person you refer, and for following the referral process described in these terms. Submitting false, duplicate, or previously-submitted contact information disqualifies the referral, and Iron Shore Roofing LLC may reject or disqualify any referral it reasonably believes is fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, self-generated, or otherwise invalid.
8. Getting paid is your responsibility too
To receive your bonus, you need to respond to Iron Shore Roofing LLC's reasonable attempts to reach you about your referral, provide any information reasonably needed to issue payment (for example, a mailing or payment address), and complete any steps required to accept it (for example, cashing a check or accepting a payment request). Iron Shore Roofing LLC is not responsible for payment delays caused by your failure to respond, provide accurate information, or complete these steps.
9. Taxes
Referral bonuses may be considered taxable income. You are responsible for any taxes owed on bonuses you receive. Iron Shore Roofing LLC may request a completed W-9 or other tax information or documentation when required for tax reporting or other legal compliance, and may withhold or delay payment of an earned referral bonus until that information has been provided.
10. If you promote us publicly
If you post about or recommend Iron Shore Roofing on social media, review sites, or anywhere else in connection with this referral program, you must clearly disclose that you may receive a referral bonus for doing so.
11. Sole discretion
Iron Shore Roofing LLC determines, in its sole discretion, whether a referral qualifies and whether/when a job has "closed." Iron Shore Roofing LLC may modify, suspend, or end this referral program at any time, for any reason, without notice.
